The combination of hands-on technical experience and legal expertise gives Ms. Casey a unique understanding of her clients’ business issues and needs which makes her an effective counselor.
Catherine Rajwani
Principal Attorney
Catherine Rajwani is an intellectual property lawyer and a registered patent attorney. Ms. Rajwani handles a full range of IP issues in her practice including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes, portfolio evaluation and protection, and patent license transactions.
Shehzad Rajwani
Principal Attorney
Shehzad Rajwani is an employment and business litigation attorney. His practice focuses on employment litigation in Massachusetts and federal courts as well as proceedings at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Rajwani’s practice also includes representation of clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving partnership disputes, breaches of contract and tortious interference with contract claims and other business torts, as well as claims brought under Chapter 93A, the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Statute.
Caitlin Condon

Caitlin Condon is a corporate and commercial transactions attorney specializing in the purchase and sale of businesses; commercial leasing and other rights of use agreements; and forming foreign or domestic business entities and drafting the corresponding governing documents. In addition to her work in the corporate and commercial realm, Ms. Condon handles various land use and zoning matters throughout Massachusetts.
Tim Roberts
Associate Attorney
Tim Roberts is a corporate and transactional attorney, representing both public and private entities in business sales and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters. Tim’s work also includes advising and representing companies in a broad range of strategic intellectual property and technology transactions.
Tim obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in Business Administration and graduated from Northeastern University School of Law. Tim is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
Gwendolyn Wissler
Senior Business Paralegal
Gwen Wissler provides support in the areas of Corporate, Employment and Intellectual Property law. She has participated in a number of mergers and acquisitions and IP licensing transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University and a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Suffolk University.
